User Waives Any and All Claims Against Our Firm If User Asks the Broker for A List of Third Party Sources.
Our firm will assist Landlords & Tenants with their lease negotiations. Broker will not provide legal or tax advice to Clients or Customers. The lease may not be prepared, drafted or signed by our firm.
Our Firm Recommends That Buyers and Tenants Have Properties That They Are Buying or Leasing Inspected by Third Party Professional That Have Expertise.
If the Buyer Desires Testing of any Substance or Other Elements of the Property Being Purchased, a Testing Contingency Must Be Specifically Added for That Purpose in The Offer to Purchase. Sellers Authorization for Inspections Does Not Authorize Testing of The Property.
